Sharing and teaching the sport of Pickleball to our veterans of military service as a form of rehabilitation is a key component of the SPC mission. The passion and calling of our volunteers is very evident when we see Earl Stitt and his able team (Bruni S., Kim W., Michael Mc, John W., Michael M., Augie C., Jules G., and others) using Pickleball in an adaptive way to help veterans and wounded warriors find a new form of healing.  A paddle is donated to every veteran coming through the program. You can join the Team, too!

Working with the Veterans Administration

"The best gift I ever gave myself was the gift of Pickleball." These are the words of a PTSD sufferer who experienced first hand how beneficial Pickleball could be. Our organization will be working  with Veterans from all branches of military service whose lives have been adversely affected.  If you are a Veteran or are motivated to help Veterans in need, we'd like you to join Southern Nevada Pickleball and help us share the "gift" of Pickleball.

Working with City of Las Vegas Adaptive Sports

Southern Nevada Pickleball has established a relationship with the Adaptive Programming Division of the City of Las Vegas Parks & Recreation Department.  Veterans are currently being served by the Adaptive Programming Division and participating in sports and other therapeutic activities. We are pleased that Pickleball will be made part of its agenda. Once again, if you are a Veteran who plays Pickleball, we want you to be part of our effort.
